The Practice Space is a space for you, where you can practice your own yoga flow without sacrificing inspiration and feedback. You practice at your own level, under the watchful eye of a teacher, supported by a common theme and the energy of the group.

Practicing Yoga at Home?

Do you know that feeling: You want to practice yoga at home alone, but you’re not quite sure how? You lack inspiration and worry about doing something wrong? Or perhaps you do practice at home, but you miss the energy of a group? That’s where the Practice Space comes in.

The Practice Space

Here’s how it works: In the Practice Space, we usually start together and align with a common theme. With simple exercises, we warm up and bring the collective focus into practice. From there, everyone can drop deeper into their own breath, their own flow, their own movement. During this time, I provide feedback and inspiration to support you in your practice. In the end, we gather in Savasana, but everyone can end their Sadhana earlier if they wish. In the Practice Space, you’ll soon find the confidence to practice at home on your own, too.

“Sensational! I feel like I’m part of a yoga revolution.”

Who can participate?

Anyone with some yoga experience who wants to dive deeper into their own yoga can participate. You determine your own level in this practice. Together, we can develop a flow for you and set priorities for your personal practice. You don’t necessarily need to be able to build a sequence for this – the movements and exercises can be entirely free, and I’ll support you in finding your flow. If you already have experience, this is an opportunity to work on personal priorities with customized input.

“Yoga is self-reflection. That’s exactly what I experience in this type of practice.”
